the application engineering review process prior to quoting.

New projects that become orders go through a new product review with engineering, production and quality assurance managers.  This meeting covers Drawing, BOM, assembly method, First Article, Traveler and QA documentation, and other specific documentation.  Team leaders production and shadow assemblers ensuring (2) Quality sign-offs during the production process.  Depending on the assembly requirements, we test for resistance, open short, and Hi POT.  Test reports can be made available. as needed.  All assemblies are tested to assure performance as required.  Cable-Comm warranties our products for the life of the product through normal use.
